COME AS YOU ARE!

A weekly Soothing Session

Wednesdays @ 8am, GMT

The aim of this group is to co-regulate and soothe your nervous system.

There is no commitment, you join if you can and don't if you can't.

The only requirement is curiosity :)


WHAT TO EXPECT:

    • 15 - 20min of facilitated orienting, soothing and regulating practices.
    • No previous experience or knowledge is required for it to work.
    • Like-minded individuals looking for co-regulation.
    • If the time doesn't work for you, please still sign up, I will look at opening another time in the week, based on who isn't able to make this time slot.

    This is donation based. If you feel called to donate, you can click here and donate to Greenpop, a South African NGO doing great work in the nature space. You can read more about them here. There is no pressure or expectation to though, if all you can manage is to show up, then let that be enough for now.
