The aim of this coaching program is to facilitate the process of coming back to your SELF, integrating your mind and your physical body through one-on-one coaching sessions and embodiment practices.
Together we will slowly unwind your system, let go of the things that no longer serve you, get back in touch with what really matters to your own being and work on ways to maintain that connection in a sustainable way.
Finding the way back to your SELF is a gift that you give to yourself, your loved ones, your community and Mother Earth.

8 x one-on-one individual coaching sessions
6 x 1-hour embodiment practice group classes
over 3 months
What does the process look like?
Every week, you will slowly and gently find your way back to your body and reconnect with your self and the things that are important to you.
We will also look at boundaries, self-care, all your shoulds and musts (obligations), negative patterns, and your nervous system.
