Resolving our trauma is the gift we give ourselves, our loved ones and the world!

Preparing for the Journey...

Preparation is key and so before we embark on any deep-dives, we need to make sure that there is some capacity in the system to be able to manage whatever comes up.

This is offered in a small group setting where you learn about the nervous system and the tools needed in order to build capacity and self-soothe in a way that is useful.

These groups are a safe, contained space where there is a balance between theory and practice. No processing or sharing of personal histories is required, just a willingness to learn more about how your nervous system works, and a curiosity about how any survival instinct may still be playing out in your life.

Individual Sessions

In individual sessions I journey with you into the deep where real, lasting healing can take place.

I work with a modality called Somatic Experiencing. This is a biological approach to resolving trauma, using the nervous system and the way it works, to shed stuckness and regain a feeling of vitality and wholeness.

60min Sessions
Online or in person depending on where in the world you are
All types of trauma including emotional and physical traumas as well as anxiety, panic attacks and chronic stress.
