I've walked the burnout road — and I’ve supported hundreds of people back to themselves through somatic coaching, nervous system work, and trauma recovery.

With a background in business and leadership, I speak the language of performance and KPIs — but I also know that no spreadsheet fixes dysregulation. What does? Learning how to understand your nervous system, reconnect to your body, and regulate from the inside out.
